距國慶日剩不到1個月，台北市長柯文哲昨天表態，不會去參加總統府舉辦的國慶大典，因為每次都被「研究」他有沒有和馬英九總統握手，如果蔡英文、洪秀柱有到場，外界又要看他對誰「笑得比較多」，讓他覺得煩，乾脆北市府自己辦慶祝活動。

北市府已正式回覆總統府，表達柯文哲不會出席國慶大典。柯文哲當天要參與民政局舉辦的「國慶升旗暨多元文化活動」，和民眾一起活動筋骨、唱國歌。民政局表示，活動從上午7點開始，先由街舞團體暖場，7點30分舉行升旗典禮。

台北市今年升旗活動的特點是「國歌世界大合唱」，將邀請8位來自世界各國的新移民朋友，穿上家鄉傳統服飾領唱國歌，最後以原住民的豐年舞為活動畫下句點。

為鼓勵市民參加，活動現場還將推出限量3000份的「嗡嗡包」是印有小蜜蜂的束口袋，從6點半開始發放兌換券。
